As a government construction contractor, The Adjutant Group (TAG) has 10 years of experience offering our government clients high quality professional services with the best value from project start-up to closeout. With TAG being a leading government contracting company, we understand the requirements of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and how they apply to competition and procurement. Above all else, we understand that our services must be a great value for taxpayer funds.
TAG strives to maintain the highest level of government contracting compliance possible. We understand Federal regulations and reporting requirements and are committed to fulfill our contractual requirements.
Since 2010, TAG has completed or is currently working on 16 Federal projects. Our Federal Government construction experience includes work for: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the Veterans Affairs (VA), Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), and Department of Homeland Security. In addition, TAG specializes in sustainable projects as well; we have considerable experience building and managing the construction of LEED® facilities for educational, commercial and Federal Government projects.
For more than a decades, TAG has successfully worked with numerous Government procurement agents to establish workable processes and procedures, systems, problem resolution and efficient contract administration.

SERVICES & EXPERTISE
The Adjutant Group (TAG) offers a full range of construction management, telecommunication and building diagnostic services to all agencies within the Federal Government. We have three avenues for providing services:
PRIME CONTRACTOR
We respond to hard bids and negotiated procurements within the Federal Government. TAG has successfully devised winning teams with the expertise, quality and price required for a successful project.
SUB-CONTRACTOR
TAG puts together project control packages that provide scheduling services, LEED administration, commissioning, and air barrier testing for large construction projects. Also, we have designed specialty construction packages to bid as a subcontractor. Our goal is to provide a general contractor with quality services at a competitive price, while assisting them with meeting their Small Business/SDVOSB goals.
General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule Contract
TAG is on the GSA schedule, and we currently have two contracts:

These agreements provide a contract vehicle for Federal agencies, as well as local and state agencies, to quickly procure our program/project management and government construction contractor services.

Since 2009, The Adjutant Group (TAG) has been a verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).Founded in 1985, TAG core business is construction management with specializations in critical path project scheduling and construction management services. We are a licensed general contractor in Arizona, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida. Our customers have included the Federal Government, municipal governments, private industry and general contractors.
TAG has served as construction manager as agent and construction manager at risk, and has completed construction projects in the conventional design-bid-build delivery and the design/build program.
As a SDVOSB, we understand that the successful award and completion of construction relies on building relationships within the design and construction industry. As a result, we are focused on developing teaming relationships with shared company philosophies, ethics, and values. In addition to general contracting project management, we have in house expertise in project scheduling, multi-prime contract packaging, building diagnostics, LEED® certification, building systems commissioning, interior air quality testing, and air barrier testing.
